As a Broker Associate with Realty ONE Group Sunshine, Troy’s experience spans Luxury Homes, New Construction, Relocation, 1031 Exchanges, Distressed Properties, Pre-Foreclosures, and Short Sales. His diverse background allows him to confidently guide clients through both traditional and highly complex real estate situations statewide.

Earlier in his career, Troy owned 16 rental properties and, during the 2006–2008 market crash, faced foreclosure on seven of them. That experience forced him to learn the pre-foreclosure and short sale process from the inside out — a skill set that later empowered him to help countless Florida homeowners navigate similar challenges and protect their financial stability.

As the former Broker/Owner of a Realty ONE Group franchise in Sarasota, Troy built a strong statewide network within an organization that now includes more than 40 offices and 1,500 agents across Florida. This network continues to be a valuable asset for marketing properties and collaborating on client needs.
